Last month, we introduced students at Riverhill School to packaging engineering. Students worked in groups to design a package that would safely ship a single potato chip. Several groups were successful in unwrapping a whole chip at the end of the exercise!

New Futures Outreach Event
|
Event Date: July 26, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
We are excited for our third year of leading camps with New Futures! New Futures is the only homeless shelter in north Alabama that allows families to reside in a unit together. Year-round, they have up to 25 children on-site at any time.
We will lead two workshops followed by lunch with the children and their parents.

Donations
We are asking for donations to help cover the cost for the event, including activity supplies and providing lunch for our campers.
Additional unused funds will be donated to New Futures.
