- Other ideas can include (but aren’t limited to) facilitating discussion groups, promoting SWE resources, welcoming new members, and assisting with the Awards Committee

- Plan one professional development for the section per quarter
- Examples include
- Speaker Series, educational seminars, resume reviews, interview prep, financial health sessions, tours, etc.
- Social Media Chair

- Manage NAL SWE Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages
- Create and schedule posts on all accounts promoting NAL SWE events
